Meet Trixie

Trixie is our office pooch and she is a Great Pyrenees-Husky mix. She spends most of her time in Tiffany's office. We had her DNA tested and she is exactly 56% Great Pyrenees, 25% Siberian Husky, and 6% Labrador Retriever. With a few other breeds that comprise the remaining percentages and are less than 3% each.
She is a gentle, loving, smart, and calm girl. She hails from Alabama and loves being in Maine!
Her name suits her well, because Trixie means bringer of joy. She brings joy and smiles to anyone who meets her! She loves going into the office and meeting everyone who comes and goes each day.
Usually, she says hello, gets some pats, and then naps in her bed or on the couch during telehealth sessions. She is a true guardian and watcher as her Great Pyrenees breed states.
Tiffany is working with her and a trainer for her to eventually become an animal assisted therapy dog. She will have a bigger role in the therapeutic process when that time comes. For now, she is enjoying having SUPER easy days lounging around.....

A Wicked Illustrations student's mother painted a picture of Trixie from a photo that was taken of her. Her daughter brought in this wonderful gift as a surprise. As you can see we are very happy! This painting can be seen in the office space above Trixie's bed!

Trixie joined Wicked Illustrations and participated in an Art Party at St. Matthew's church in honor of all of the ladies who helped with her Grandmother's memorial service/Celebration of Life late last year. As you can see, she was SUPER happy to be a part of the fun and LOVED to pose for the picture that her Auntie Mel took. Picture adjusted to zoom in on Trixie more to see that gorgeous smile!
