Tracie's Philosophy
Life can be stressful and bring challenges that we may not feel equipped to handle. Relationship difficulties, life transitions, feelings of inadequacy, and isolation just to name a few. It is my goal as your therapist to support you in feeling more empowered to live authentically and find peace and healing. My counseling philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach that emphasizes authenticity and freedom of expression. I believe the client-counselor relationship is the most powerful tool in the counseling process and when individuals are provided with a caring and non-judgmental space for self-discovery change can occur. I am passionate about supporting clients in identifying their strengths, increasing their understanding of self, and developing tools to improve their well-being. I welcome the opportunity to support you in your journey of self-exploration and personal growth.
