​Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor,  a Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Grief Informed Professional, located in Lewiston, Maine. She opened her private practice a decade ago and in 2024, she expanded into a Group Counseling Practice.
The Canvas of Life Counseling, LLC Group Practice is an opportunity for you to begin the journey towards healing and wellness. It is the first step on the path of cultivating the life you desire so you can thrive.
Life can be arduous, at times, for all of us and it is those mountains, valleys, hills, and tough terrains that provide us with the opportunities to learn, grow, and triumph.
Tiffany is here to help you along the way through a collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. A humanistic, pragmatic, and non-pathologizing framework, with the integration of the internal family systems model, comprises the foundation of Tiffany's theoretical orientation.  Accelerated, integrative, and creative art therapies are utilized in attending to the whole person and to promote mind, body, heart, and soul healing. She believes that we all possess inherent strengths; we just sometimes need help tapping into them. Positive psychology principles and strength-based practices are implemented, as well, to support individuals in moving beyond surviving toward flourishing!
