Erica Ackley, Clinical Operations Manager

Erica is a valued and essential part of the Canvas of Life team. She serves as our Clinical Operations Coordinator and works primarily behind the scenes to support our clinicians and the overall functioning of the practice.
She collaborates closely with providers to support administrative and operational needs, ensure chart accuracy and utilization review compliance, assist with insurance-related processes, and manage payroll coordination. She is also involved in onboarding support, documentation systems, and helping maintain the structure and flow of day to day operations.
Erica’s organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly, allowing clinicians to stay focused on providing high quality care to their clients.
