Jasmine is a conditionally licensed social worker who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University in Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health and Human Services with a concentration in Child and Family Services from the University of Maine at Augusta. She brings over a decade of experience supporting children, individuals, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, poor self-image, and difficulties maintaining healthy relationships. Jasmine is passionate about helping clients of all ages feel safe, seen, supported, and capable of meaningful growth.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices through a client-centered, strength-based lens. Jasmine draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support each client’s unique needs and goals. She deeply values the power of connection and prioritizes building a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship within a warm, respectful, and empowering environment.
Outside of her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys spending time outdoors, whether kayaking on Maine’s lakes, hiking local trails, or simply appreciating the beauty of nature. She also has a love for music, movement, and expressive arts, often incorporating creativity and mindfulness into her own self-care practices. Jasmine values balance, authenticity, creativity, and joy in everyday life.

Jasmine's Counseling Philosophy

Jasmine believes healing begins within a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship where individuals feel truly seen, heard, valued, and accepted. She honors each client as a whole person, mind, body, and spirit; and approaches therapy with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for every unique journey. Through connection, mindfulness, creativity, and evidence-based support, Jasmine cultivates a space where healing, resilience, self-discovery, and meaningful transformation can naturally unfold.
