Provider's Counseling Philosophy
Charlee’s counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that people are whole individuals and that mental health cannot always be separated from physical health, relationships, environment, routines, and everyday experiences. She views counseling as a collaborative process. Rather than seeing herself as someone who has all the answers, Charlee sees her role as walking alongside clients as they explore their experiences, better understand themselves and what may be contributing to their struggles, and discover meaningful ways to move forward. Charlee approaches each client with empathy, curiosity, openness, and without judgment. She believes every individual has a unique story that deserves to be heard and understood. She strives to provide a safe space where clients can be authentic, explore difficult experiences, develop healthier patterns, and build a greater sense of balance and well-being.
