Kristy Gelinas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor with a deep commitment to supporting others on their path to healing. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Maine in Orono and earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine. Kristy brings extensive experience in outpatient mental health and substance use counseling, working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. She is the founder of Enlightened Tides LLC, a private practice rooted in compassionate, trauma-informed care. Known for her warmth, empathy, and professionalism, Kristy creates a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported.

She is dedicated to offering personalized, integrative care that empowers clients to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
