We are seeking dedicated clinicians who want to grow in a supportive, client centered environment while maintaining a sense of alignment and well being in their work.
What We Offer • Clinical supervision and mentorship • Ongoing access to consultation and clinical support beyond scheduled supervision • Monthly group supervision • Flexible caseload (starting at 10 clients per week) to support balance and prevent burnout • Compensation for individual sessions structured on a tiered scale ($45–$65 per session), with rates increasing based on caseload size, clinical experience, and licensure status. (This creates a pathway for increased earning potential while maintaining autonomy in how you structure your workload) • Additional compensation for administrative time, trainings, and supervision • Additional compensation for initial phone consultations • Documentation support tools to reduce time spent on notes and support work life balance • HIPAA compliant EHR platform with customized templates to streamline documentation • Extensive clinical snippets available for interventions, goals, diagnostic justifications, interactive complexity, and more

Requirements Must hold a conditional or full licensure in Maine Strong commitment to ethical and client centered care Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and support Interest in professional growth and continued learning Alignment with a holistic, trauma informed, and integrative approach to care
