Welcome! As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I strive to embody a humble and informed approach. This entails honoring that you are the expert of your own life and that we are equals. As an informed guide, I am passionate about working collaboratively with you, honoring your therapeutic needs and pace, but drawing clinical focus for growth opportunities. It is my inherent belief that we all have strengths and are deserving of pouring back into back ourselves so that we may attain our fullest potential.
My professional experience includes working with adults in all stages of life. I graduated from the University of New England in December 2021 and have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including Relational Cultural Theory, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Internal Family Systems therapy. Areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, legal difficulties, and family re-unification.

I value creating a safe therapeutic alliance, in which trust, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard are the main ingredients of the foundation of our work together. It’s not always easy to tell our stories and place our trust with a new person, however, as a patient and caring provider, I am here to help empower you and create a safe space for exploration and healing. I am a holistic provider who understands the complexity of change. Utilizing Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered therapy techniques allows me to honor the way in which you want to attain your goals while offering the tools and therapeutic support to do so. We are all unique and deserve that our voice be heard.
